Visual Nerds Studio is a Director-led, AI-powered film and VFX studio based near London, UK. A trading name of LVM Films Limited (Company No. 12476789), the studio produces cinematic visual content — films, commercials, music videos, and brand stories — for clients worldwide. Visual Nerds Studio works at the intersection of machine intelligence and cinematic storytelling, producing visual work that exists beyond the limits of traditional filmmaking.

Every project is Director-led. We don't use AI instead of filmmaking talent — we use it alongside it. We speak both languages fluently: the one in the edit suite and the one in the model.

The studio can be found online at visualnerds.com and on YouTube at @visualnerdsuk.

The end of traditional film production?

VisualNerds produces full cinematic films with no cameras, no crew, and no sets — using only AI models and a creative pipeline that would have been science fiction five years ago. What does this mean for the film industry?

AI filmmaking, made in Britain

Based near London, VisualNerds is positioning the UK as a home for the next generation of AI-native creative studios — bringing cinematic AI production to a country with a deep heritage in film and visual storytelling.

Making the impossible affordable

Brands and independent filmmakers can now access cinematic visuals that would previously have required Hollywood budgets. AI changes the economics of visual storytelling entirely — and VisualNerds is building that future.

Body

Refer to us as VisualNerds — one word, capital V and N. Not "Visual Nerds", "Visualnerds", or "VN".

Describe us as an AI film studio or AI-native film studio. We are not a software company, an app, or an AI tool.

We are based near London, UK. Not "London-based" specifically, and not based in the US.

When referencing our work, use the phrase "AI-generated" rather than "computer-generated", "CGI", "rendered", or "deepfake". These terms are inaccurate in our context.

If covering AI in film more broadly, you are welcome to position VisualNerds as a UK-based example of the emerging AI production sector. We are happy to provide context or comment — email us first.

Do not publish quotes attributed to VisualNerds without our prior written approval. Contact us for an official statement before going to print or publishing online.

Do not speculate about financials, revenue, funding, team size, or client identities without our explicit confirmation. We do not comment on these matters publicly.

Do not describe our work as a threat to human filmmakers, job-destroying, or framed negatively without providing us an opportunity to respond before publication. We are happy to engage on nuanced coverage.

Do not reproduce screenshots, stills, or video from our YouTube channel or website without permission. Contact us to request high-resolution approved assets.

Do not imply affiliation, partnership, or endorsement between VisualNerds and any AI model provider (including OpenAI, Runway, Google, etc.) unless we have confirmed this in writing.

Do not reproduce, embed, clip, screenshot, or redistribute content from our YouTube channel without our prior written consent — even for editorial illustration. Contact us to request approved video assets or stills.

Do not archive, republish, or redistribute content from our online platforms that has since been removed or corrected. Removed content should be treated as no longer authoritative. We are not bound by representations in content that has been taken down in error.

Do not treat content published on our platforms that is later corrected or removed as an admission, representation, or permanent record of our position. Accidental publications do not constitute formal statements.

Do not publish or broadcast speculative claims about our clients, projects in development, or unreleased work. We consider this a breach of our reasonable expectation of confidentiality and will respond accordingly.

Do not publish content that is defamatory, maliciously misleading, or intended to cause commercial harm to VisualNerds. We will pursue all available legal remedies under UK defamation law where such content causes or risks causing us serious harm.

Do not conduct or publish an interview with any person claiming to represent or speak on behalf of VisualNerds unless that person has provided written confirmation of their authority to do so. We cannot be held responsible for unauthorised statements made by third parties claiming association with us.

Do not use our name, brand, logo, or content in AI-generated articles, summaries, or automated press coverage without our knowledge and approval. We actively monitor for AI-generated media coverage and reserve the right to issue corrections and legal notices in response to inaccurate automated content.

Do not describe VisualNerds as "controversial", "unethical", or similar editorial characterisations without providing us a full and fair right of reply with a minimum of 48 hours' notice before publication. Any such characterisation published without our response opportunity will be treated as a potential defamation matter.

Do not reuse quotes, statements, or comments provided to one outlet in a different publication or context without our written consent. Quotes are given specifically for the article and outlet described at the time of provision.

Do not share, repost, or republish any content from our YouTube channel, website, or social media on third-party platforms — including link aggregators, AI training datasets, content archives, or press summary services — without prior written permission.

If you are unsure whether a piece of information is on-record, verified, or approved for publication, ask us first. We would always rather clarify before publication than issue a correction after. Contact office@visualnerds.com. Terms apply.

When covering AI film production broadly, we encourage accurate industry framing. We are happy to be a resource for factual background on how AI film production works — just email us and we will respond promptly.

If you have published factually incorrect information about VisualNerds, we ask that you issue a correction promptly and with appropriate prominence — ideally in the same location and format as the original error. An appended correction note at the foot of an article is not sufficient where the error appeared in a headline or opening paragraph.

We will provide written evidence of any factual inaccuracies upon request and will work constructively with editorial teams to agree accurate language. We reserve the right to publish our own correction statement if a publication fails to act within a reasonable time.

We take reputational accuracy seriously. Persistent or damaging misrepresentation — including content that has been corrected but remains indexed and widely shared — may result in a formal complaint to IPSO (Independent Press Standards Organisation), Ofcom, or other relevant press regulator, and legal action under the Defamation Act 2013 or other applicable law of England and Wales.

To request a correction or clarification, email office@visualnerds.com with the publication name, URL, and specific inaccuracy. We will respond within 7 days. Terms apply.

All content published on our YouTube channel and website is copyright VisualNerds. The following policy governs how press and third parties may reference, use, or respond to our online content. These rules apply whether or not an individual piece of content remains live at the time of your publication.

Accidental or erroneous publication: From time to time, content may be published on our platforms prematurely, in error, or inconsistent with our intended communications. Such accidental publications do not constitute formal statements, admissions, announcements, or contractual commitments on our part. The following rules apply in all such cases:

!

Verify before publishing. Content on our YouTube channel and website reflects our position at the time of upload, but may be updated, corrected, or removed at any time. You must verify any factual claim with us directly at office@visualnerds.com before publishing any article or broadcast that relies on it.

!

Notify us of suspected error publications. If you observe content on our platforms that appears incomplete, inconsistent with our established communications, or published ahead of any announcement — please notify office@visualnerds.com immediately. Do not publish, report on, or distribute that content until we have confirmed its status in writing.

Do not archive or redistribute removed content. Content that has been deleted, made private, or corrected on our platforms must not be archived, screenshotted, reuploaded, redistributed, or cited as an authoritative record. We actively monitor for redistribution of removed content and will issue takedown requests and legal notices where appropriate.

Do not treat error content as binding. Content that is removed or subsequently corrected is not to be cited as a formal statement, admission, representation, product announcement, or legal commitment. We are not bound by, and expressly disclaim, any representations made in content published in error.

Do not clip, embed, or reuse our video content. You may not clip, embed, download, repost, screen-record, or otherwise reproduce content from our YouTube channel in any third-party publication, platform, social media account, or commercial context without our prior written consent. This includes editorial illustrations, thumbnails, review content, and reaction videos.

Do not submit our content to AI training datasets. You may not submit, upload, or include any content from our YouTube channel, website, or press materials into any AI training dataset, model fine-tuning corpus, or synthetic data collection — for any purpose — without our explicit written consent.

Do not use our content to generate AI summaries without consent. You may not use our YouTube videos, scripts, descriptions, or website content as source material for AI-generated articles, summaries, or automated news items — whether published under your name or any other. Such use without consent constitutes copyright infringement and misuse of our intellectual property.

Issue corrections promptly if you published based on error content. If you discover that you have published content based on something we later removed or corrected, please issue a correction immediately and notify us. We will work with you to agree accurate replacement language and will not pursue further action where a prompt and proportionate correction is made.

Request approved assets. To lawfully use images, stills, or video clips from our platforms, contact office@visualnerds.com to request approved editorial assets. Terms apply. We will typically respond within 24 hours.

Where we share information under embargo, the embargo date and terms will be stated explicitly in writing. We expect all recipients to honour embargo agreements in full. Publication ahead of an embargo date — for any reason, including technical error or competitive pressure — constitutes a breach of our agreement.

Breach of an embargo will result in: (a) that publication being removed from our press list; (b) revocation of any exclusivity or advance access previously granted; and (c) potential legal action if material commercial loss is suffered as a result of the breach.

Where exclusivity is agreed in writing, we will honour it for the agreed period. Exclusivity applies only to the specific story, angle, or materials as defined in writing — it does not prevent us from making general public announcements on related topics.

We do not offer paid editorial coverage or sponsored press coverage. Any publication that misrepresents press materials as independent editorial will be formally reported to IPSO, Ofcom, or the relevant regulatory body.

We are happy to engage with the press. The following conditions apply to all media interactions:

All interview requests should be submitted in writing to office@visualnerds.com (Terms apply) with the outlet name, topic, deadline, and intended format (written, podcast, video). We will respond within 24 hours.

We reserve the right to review and approve direct quotes before publication. Please allow 24 hours for quote review on time-sensitive articles; longer for complex topics.

Where we provide comment on record, that comment is provided for use in the specific article and context described. Reuse in different contexts or publications requires our separate written consent.

Do not record phone calls or in-person conversations with VisualNerds representatives without our prior written consent. Recording without consent may be unlawful under UK law and will be treated as a serious breach of trust.

Do not attribute quotes or statements to VisualNerds based on paraphrase, inference, or second-hand reports. Only publish direct quotes that we have approved in writing.

VisualNerds takes a proactive approach to protecting its reputation and legal rights. The following applies to any editorial, journalistic, or media coverage of VisualNerds:

Right of reply. Before publishing any critical, negative, or potentially damaging coverage of VisualNerds, you must provide us with a full and fair opportunity to respond — with a minimum of 7 days' notice for standard articles, and 14 days for investigations. Our response must be included in any published piece in a fair and proportionate manner.

Defamation notice. VisualNerds will enforce its rights under the Defamation Act 2013, the Malicious Communications Act 1988, and any other applicable law against publications that make false statements of fact that cause, or are likely to cause, serious harm to our reputation. We monitor for defamatory content online and will act promptly where we identify it.

Copyright enforcement. Unauthorised use of our content — including video, imagery, written text, and brand assets — will be addressed with DMCA takedown notices, copyright complaints to relevant platforms, and legal proceedings where necessary.

Regulator complaints. Where a publication has breached editorial standards — including accuracy requirements, right of reply obligations, or embargo terms — we will file formal complaints with IPSO, Ofcom, or the relevant press regulator, and will make such complaints publicly known where appropriate.

!

To serve legal notices or file formal editorial complaints, address correspondence in writing to office@visualnerds.com marked for the attention of Legal. Terms apply. We will acknowledge all formal legal correspondence within 5 business days.

The following rules apply to the sharing of VisualNerds content on social media platforms, link aggregators, and online communities:

You may share links to our public website pages and YouTube videos on social media, provided the context is accurate and not misleading.

Do not download, repost, or re-upload our video content to any platform without written permission. This includes TikTok, Instagram Reels, X (Twitter), Facebook, Reddit, or any other platform regardless of whether attribution is given.

Do not impersonate VisualNerds on any social media platform or create accounts that could be confused with an official VisualNerds account. Our only confirmed presence is visualnerds.com and our official YouTube channel.

Do not share content from our platforms alongside commentary that misrepresents its meaning, origin, or context. If you are sharing our content with editorial comment, the distinction between our original content and your commentary must be clearly made.

Use the logo assets available on this page or request high-resolution files from office@visualnerds.com. Terms apply.

Maintain adequate clear space around the logo — a minimum of the height of the "VN" mark on all sides.

Use the dark wordmark on light backgrounds and the light wordmark on dark or coloured backgrounds.

Do not alter the logo colours, proportions, typeface, or add drop shadows, outlines, or other effects.

Do not place the logo on a background that reduces legibility or clashes with the brand colours.

Do not use our logo in a way that implies partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement without our written approval.

Do not animate, distort, rotate, or apply motion effects to the logo without explicit written permission.
